Job description

Our Client Our client, an energy/energy infrastructure company, seeks to employ a Corporate Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the board of directors.

Ensure timely preparation and distribution of board materials, including reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.

Support board meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up on action items.

Maintain records of board resolutions and governance documents.

Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to enhance the companys reputation and brand positioning.

Ensure consistency in messaging across all corporate communication channels.

Manage external communications, including press releases, media relations, and stakeholder engagements.

Oversee crisis communication planning and execution.

Drive effective internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.

Oversee the development of newsletters, intranet content, and internal announcements.

Ensure alignment between corporate messaging and internal engagement initiatives.

Facilitate communication between management and employees to reinforce company values and culture.

Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.

Ensure seamless execution of internal and external events, from conceptualization to post-event analysis.

Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance event branding, logistics, and overall experience.

Manage vendor relationships and event budgets to optimize costs and quality.

Oversee corporate travel arrangements to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Develop and enforce travel policies in line with organizational objectives.

Negotiate with travel service providers to secure the best rates and service quality.

Ensure seamless travel logistics for employees and executives.

Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).

Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate services, corporate communications, or a related leadership role.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience managing corporate events, board relations, and internal communications.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
